Our Pricing & Budget

We specialize in 4- & 5-star experiences with high-touch service to offer “wow” moments around the world. Starting pricing is generally $5,000 per person (excluding air) but varies by destination and travel preferences. This budget does not consider incidental spending or additional fees incurred while traveling.

Our $350 Travel Planning Fee covers our expert insights and advice to design a custom itinerary that is perfect for you. It allows us to thoroughly research and curate your best options, ensuring every detail is covered. We will also work to secure the best deals, make all the reservations, coordinate logistics, and provide ongoing support before, during, and after your adventure. Your itinerary will include bundled package pricing, which displays the investment per person and includes items such as transfers, activities, and hotels. We cannot offer an itemized cost breakdown because we are provided pricing based on our partners' bundled contract rates.

Sustainability

Adventure More is deeply rooted in the ethos of responsible, sustainable adventures. We are proud members of 1% for the Planet to show our unwavering support. We also highly encourage our travelers to donate $40 per person to Tomorrow's Air as they work to remove carbon from our atmosphere. Please let us know if you'd prefer to opt out. Trip Planning Fee & Inclusions

An initial chat will allow us to discuss your adventure and ensure we fit well. After that, all services will require the payment of a non-refundable Travel Planning Fee. Our professional travel design fee is based on the number of people traveling and the length and complexity of your custom itinerary. Fees are based on two people visiting one country. Additional fees apply for larger groups or a more complex itinerary.

Discovery call (up to 30 minutes)

Single or multi-leg itinerary
One proposal draft & up to two optional revisions
Walkthrough of proposal (up to 30 minutes)
Daily itinerary creation: tours, activities, sightseeing recommendations
Confirmation & management of all travel components (incl. lodging & transportation)
Destination entry/exit requirement guidance
Pre-departure call (up to 30 minutes)
Digital itinerary app
WhatsApp emergency in-travel communication

Extras (a la carte) available upon request:

Airfare: $100 ticketing fee per ticket issued

Rushed service fee (for bookings within 90 days): $250
Travel consulting (for self-planners in search of guidance): $150 per hour

Please note: Larger groups, longer trips, additional countries, last-minute planning, etc., will incur additional fees due to the added complexity of the group and/or itinerary. Your travel designer will discuss these additional fees.
